Throughout my career, I have built, reshaped, and led high-performing teams, scaled businesses, and delivered transformational improvements in commercial performance, organizational culture, and customer outcomes.

I’m fortunate to have been recognized by industry peers for combining strategic vision with operational excellence, helping organizations navigate change, unlock new opportunities, and achieve sustainable, profitable long-term success. My passion remains building great teams, creating winning cultures, and delivering meaningful business results. 

I’m incredibly honoured to be joining this year’s CRN Awards judging panel—often referred to as the Channel’s Oscars. Having spent more than 30 years in this amazing industry, I know how important it is that those who truly excel get the recognition they deserve and the opportunity to shine in front of the wider market. For me, this is also a chance to give something back by celebrating outstanding achievements, recognising real business impact, and highlighting the people and organisations helping to strengthen and evolve our channel community.
