Nominees' data: Please note that by submitting your nominees' details via the following form, that we will use this data to contact them in regards to the Women & Diversity in Channel Awards 2024. 

Subscriptions, events, sponsored content and resources
We, The Channel Company*, will use the lawful basis of ‘legitimate interests’ to use one or more of your various contact details supplied to contact you regarding our publications, including, for example, your trial or subscription registration, reader research, events and other relevant information. You will always be offered the option to change your contact preferences.

Where you request a whitepaper or content published by one of our third party partners or to attend one of their events, we will identify that third party to you at the time and then pass on your contact details to them. They will contact you direct and their use of your data will be governed by their privacy policy.
