FREQUENTY ASKED QUESTIONS


Q: I can see my name on the longlist but I have not received a confirmation email - what do I do? 

A: Please check your spam/junk/internal email filters as this email may have been delivered there. We recommend adding the domain @thechannelco.com to your contact/safe senders to make sure emails regarding the awards are successfully delivered. 

If you cannot find this email there, please email business.enquiries@thechannelcompany.com to ask a member of our team which categories you have been nominated in. 


Q: I was expecting my name to be on the longlist but I can't see it - why is this? 

A: If you believe there has been an error and your name has been missed off the longlist, please contact jwhittingham@thechannelcompany.com. 


Q: I have received my nomination email but the categories I have been nominated in do not match what I put on the nomination form - what can I do? 

A: Sometimes people can be nominated by different people in different categories. CRN will always do our best to amalgamate these nominations, but where the number of categories nominated in exceeds 5, we may have had to remove some of the categories you were nominated for. 

If you would like to change the categories you were nominated for you, you are free to do this and can do so by selecting the categories you with from the dropdown on the awards portal. However, please ensure that you enter no more than 5 individual categories and 5 company categories. 


Q: How do I login to the awards portal to submit my questionnaire? 

A: If you have entered a CRN awards in the past, you can use the same login credentials you used previously. If this is your first time completing a CRN awards questionnaire, you will need to create an account - this does not need to be with the same email address you were nominated under. 


Q: How do I select my categories? 

A: The awards portal does not automatically capture which categories you have been nominated in, so you need to select these from the dropdown menu and then add these to your basket. You can add multiple categories to your basket at the same time. 


Q: How do I complete the questionnaire? 

A: Once you have added your nominated categories to your basket, you can find your selected categories in the basket or saved items/incomplete.

Complete the entry form which appears below and click ‘Continue’.

Next, enter your personal details and click ‘Next’ .

Then, check your details and click ‘Complete’ . You will receive a confirmation email after submitting . 


Q: When is the deadline for submitting entries for individual and company categories? 

A: The deadline for both company and individual entries is Friday 7 June, 5pm BST.
