Penny has been the Managing Director at CDW UK and International since October 2024. She brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience and focuses on enhancing customer value, fostering partnerships, and delivering results.

As an advocate for women in technology and youth empowerment, Penny excels at creating collaborative environments that strengthen relationships throughout the organisation and with our customers.

Her commitment to inclusivity is evident in her participation with the CDW Women in Tech | Women’s International Network (WIN).

Penny has been a CRN judge since 2016, highlighting her dedication to diversity and excellence in technology.
