Back Meet Fujitsu: CRN Women in Channel Finalists
This year at Fujitsu, we are hugely proud to have seven Fujitsu finalists for the CRN Women in Channel Awards. As CRN says, it’s important to be honouring the industry’s female heroes. Naturally, the ceremony will be a virtual one this year, and will be broadcast over two days: Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 October at 4pm.
So, before that happens, it’s our turn to shine a spotlight on the achievements and outstanding qualities of these seven women – be inspired!
Head of Delivery for Products UK&I, finalist for Role Model of the Year
Myfanwy is the only female Fujitsu Fellow, the highest accolade within the Fujitsu technical world. A keen Wales football supporter, she’s keen to show all the women in the industry that you can have a successful technical career and still be yourself.
Service Management for UK&I, finalist for Technical Employee of the Year
Carrie’s role at Fujitsu is varied, supporting our Service and Channel Partners. She’s a valued member of the team and makes a point of spending time with Partners, often spending several days or even weeks with the Partner to see and understand an issue first- hand.
Product Related Services Offering Manager & Service Partner Manager, finalist for Unsung Hero
Sonja makes sure our customers’ IT systems stay operational by ensuring that our Service Partners deliver against service level agreements. It’s largely thanks to her that our customers and Channel Partners have still been able to get the great post-sales service in 2020 that they have been used to.
Partner Account Manager, finalist for Graduate of the Year
Amy is a graduate within the team that focuses on helping smaller partners to grow their business. She also supports new partners through onboarding and starting their Fujitsu journey, and has been the driving force behind our new partner enablement programme: Fujitsu Flyers.
Product Manager, finalist for both Graduate of the Year and Rising Star of the Year
Bronwyn gets involved in the entire product lifecycle, and in developing innovative ways to bring products to market. She is also Programme Lead for Operation Innovation, Fujitsu Products’ annual technology competition for our Education Ambassador partners.
Channel Marketing for UK&I, finalist for Marketing Employee of the Year
Amy manages everything from partner engagement to the Market Development Funds programme, all focused on channel growth. This year she launched the ‘Women in Channel’ campaign to strengthen relationships in the Fujitsu Product Partner Community.
Nicola El Shebasi
Partner Account Manager, finalist for Sales Employee of the Year
Nicola has been a Partner Account Manager for four years, and loves every minute of it – especially engaging with her customers. Last year she was formally recognised by Fujitsu with a European Top Achiever Award, and she is currently working on a management degree.
Congratulations to all our nominee finalists – your dedication and achievements deserve to be recognised and will inspire others!
