Anushka has worked in the tech industry for 24 years at Softcat plc, holding roles across sales, L&D and HR before moving to the staffing industry to do a Global Talent & Cultire role. She is currently the Head of Talent Solutions at TalentMapper who support organisations better identify talent based on skills, supporting internal mobility and succession planning which in itself is a huge enabler to improve diversity.

Anushka is passionate about developing talent at all stages, from early careers through to leadership roles, in an organisation where workplace culture is at the heart of everything they do. She has held roles focused on promoting employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, to help create a motivated workforce.
