Sinead O’Donnell is a Client Director at MTI with over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, having begun her career in 2005 and progressing from sales support roles into a senior client-facing position. She specialises in cyber security and data centre solutions and services, working as a trusted strategic partner to major UK and global organisations.

Recognised for her commercial leadership and industry impact, Sinead has earned multiple awards and is known for building strong, long-term customer relationships grounded in trust and strategic insight.

Beyond her commercial success, Sinead is a passionate advocate for women in technology and for working parents balancing ambitious careers with family life. As a proud mother of five, she is committed to challenging perceptions around what leadership looks like in the tech sector and actively supports and mentors others entering the industry.
