With more than 15 years’ experience across private practice and senior in house roles - including at Mishcon de Reya, Davis & Co and Computacenter - Lorraine’s expertise spans commercial contracting, dispute resolution, regulatory and trade compliance, corporate governance and crisis management. She is recognised for simplifying complexity and aligning stakeholders around clear, achievable outcomes.
