Yvonne has had a successful sales and leadership career in the technology industry for over 20 years. Her most recent position was at CDW, where she joined in 2009 as a Cisco Sales Specialist to build out their Cisco practice. Yvonne went on to lead the division and was instrumental in them winning Multiple Global Awards.

Yvonne grew the Cisco practice from $4m annual revenues to the 2nd largest Cisco partner in the UK with revenues over $160m. Due to her success in the role, in 2014, she was promoted to Director, Partners & Marketing, where she was responsible for their Strategic Partners and Marketing for UK and International with total revenue responsibility of $1.1bn.

On this journey, she became distinctly aware of the lack of females in both Sales, Technical and Exec roles, so she decided to help change that by becoming a supporter of Woman In Technology. Yvonne has been a member of numerous Partner Advisory Boards with her most recent IDC and is a champion of initiatives helping young women into IT. Yvonne is also a judge for the CRN Women in Channel Awards and is also featured on CRN’s A-List.

Now a Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™ (WABC™) Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC™), ILM Accredited Business Coach, Leading Energy Profile Practitioner and motivated by making a difference, Yvonne founded Coachere. Combining her vast experience with Coaching, Yvonne now help’s organisations work more effectively together through better communication and collaboration and for individuals to gain the confidence they need for success.

Yvonne also recently founded The Channel Community along with several industry friends. The Channel Community was created to connect like-minded people across the IT Channel to help individuals reach their full potential through Mentoring.

Yvonne is also a devoted mother to Alexia, happily married to Rob and in her spare time, enjoy’s running, playing tennis, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
