After 15 years in people centric roles, Louise is still fascinated by human nature. She’s deeply enthusiastic about the difference empowered and enabled employees make to a business.

She joined Softcat plc in 2011 to focus on talent acquisition for their emerging technical teams and her role has evolved with the company, becoming HR Business Partner to the Tech Services, IT and Business Ops functions.

Louise has a real focus on the Business Partner element of her role and strives to understand the commercial and functional objectives of the directors she works with. This understanding allows her to deliver relevant and impactful HR initiatives and ensure that people are at the heart of business decision making.
