Donavan is an experienced and strategic leader with a proven track record of achieving significant sales growth and operational efficiencies in both start up and existing enterprise focussed organisations.

He gained incredible success both working and then leading the International Collaboration Program at CDW/ Kelway and having also worked previously for Insight, before moving on to become Managing Director of PCM UK. Donavan was instrumental in setting up the business from scratch in 2016, leading the organisation and achieving record results of $0 to $62m in PCM’s first full 12 months of trading, $95m in year 2 and hired in excess of 250 UK staff. Donavan also led the acquisition and integration of 2 services organisations, bringing them both under the umbrella of PCM UK to increase both capability and Sales Revenue to service clients in both the UK and European region.

Donavan’s strong experience in creating a business from ground zero was again witnessed in 2020, when he assisted another USA based VAR enter the UK and International markets during the pandemic.

Today, Donavan is the UK Managing Director for SHI, a division of SHI International, an award-winning team of 5,000+ IT experts providing Innovative Solutions in Software, Hardware and Solutions across the globe. Being a privately owned and Certified Minority, Woman Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) is especially important to Donavan as he has consistently throughout his career continued to lead and promote International Diversity, Inclusion and Equality, not just in the workplace, but in all aspects of life.

On a personal level, Donavan prides himself on being very family driven, and is the proud father to two wonderful young daughters. He also has passions for both fitness and the Equine industry with an aspiration to setting up his own RDA Facility in the future.
