Sarah is founder of Investing in Ethnicity and Ethnicity Awards, among other Diversity, Equity and Inclusion related projects. She has worked within areas of diversity for over two decades. As part of Investing in Ethnicity she works with Network Group chairs to help share latest thinking through the Maturity Matrix. The annual benchmark helps drive change within businesses on ethnic inclusion. In 2017, Sarah was awarded MBE for Diversity and inclusion in New Year’s Honours list
